VHAB BEGINNER COURSE
The first step in our VHAB Beginner Course will be to schedule a consultation with either Julie Watkins or Nichele McDonald. At your convenience, one of them will chat with you via FaceTime, Skype, phone or email about your current eating and workout habits. They will also want to know about your personal goals and expectations from the program.
After your consultation, we will give you a complete list of foods recommended to incorporate into your daily routine. You will have immediate access to all the suggested recipes and recipe videos.
You will get a 30-day workout program with videos demonstrating proper technique and progressions. Julie or Nichele will check in with you to make sure you are meeting your goals. Webinars will be available weekly covering various topics such as tips to succeed, benefits of working on various skills, nutritional needs when building muscle and more.
